Level 1 of Landmark Resort opens directly onto Mooloolaba Esplanade, only 30 metres from the safe patrolled Beach.  You will find a wide variety of dining options within the Landmark Complex choose from Australian cuisine, Italian, Japanese, and Asian fusion. The Mooloolaba Esplanade has many great restaurants, cafes, juice bars and takeaway shops to enjoy. Just a short stroll away is The Wharf and Underwater World SeaLife.

Located on the ground floor of the Landmark Resort building Hashtag #phresh is a brand new cafe in Mooloolaba. #phresh is a whole-foods and espresso bar modelled around showcasing fresh and innovative creations, made from Australian-sourced produce.

Open from 6:30 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Thursday and 6:30 am – 4:30 pm Friday – Sunday.

The Surf Club Mooloolaba

Located just 1 block from Landmark Resort overlooking the stunning Mooloolaba Beach,  The Surf Club Mooloolaba is one of the oldest Surf Life Saving Clubs in Australia which was established in 1922. A $7 million renovation was completed in 2013. The large windows are opened to let the sun surf and sand in so you can enjoy the Aussie beach culture while you dine.

Enjoy live music, great food, a range of drinks, gaming and a play nook for the kids at The Surf Club Mooloolaba.

The Boathouse Restaurant is open from 7am for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.
