Landmark resort offers affordable self catering Accommodation. Beautifully appointed studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom self-catering apartments and rooftop apartments, Landmark Resort, has apartments to suit everyone's needs.
All rooms are air conditioned, offer AUSTAR (Cable TV) and broadband internet access. Most rooms are equipped with spa baths.
The resort is approximately 20 metres from the Mooloolaba patrolled beach; all apartments have private balconies, many affording ocean views. Our Studio Resort rooms offer either hinterland, marina and river views whilst a few overlook the swimming pool.
As a self catering complex, all apartments and suites are serviced on departure only, stays of 8 days or more receive a mid stay clean. Daily service is available for an additional charge.

Studio Resort Suites offer 1 Queen Size bed with the bedroom separated from the lounge area by a sliding timber louvre door. offering a kitchenette with 2 ring cooktop and microwave oven and combination washer / drier in the ensuite bathroom.
Studio Resort Suites are situated on the Hinterland side of the building and offer beautiful hinterland, Garden or Pool views only.

Beautifully appointed studio style apartment suitable for 2 people and great for couples. Offering 1 Queen size bed the bedroom is separated from the lounge area by a Timber Louvre door. Studio Beach suites provide a kitchenette style kitchen with 2 ring cooktop and microwave oven as well as a bar style fridge. These rooms have the same features as the Studio Resort Suites but feature a partial ocean view. Stepping back from the Esplande, the Studio Beach Suites offer limited to partial water views looking between the Landmark Building and the building next door. Studio Beach Suites are located on the Beach side of the Landmark Building however are not Beach front.
