Great holiday. The 2 Bedroom Executive room was perfect for our Christmas holiday. The views were amazing, the location of the resort is most definately a draw card being so close to the patrolled Beach and public BBQ's. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool with its water falls and rocks. Will certainly be coming back next year.

Fantastic to hear that you really enjoyed your stay with us, we hope to see you again soon.
We have stayed there a few times. It's got the best location & the best pool by far that we all loved. Views are Fantastic. So close to the beach & the park for the kids. We stayed in a 3 b/room. I must say i was a little disappointed with the the size of the lounge/meals area . But over all the location & the pool keeps us coming back.

Thank you for your fantastic comments about our property, we value all comments as they help us improve upon what we believe to be a great property for families and anyone looking for a great beach side escape. We can appreciate that some of our 3 Bedroom Apartments can seem a little small in the main living area, we are about to begin upgrading furnishings throughout the Resort, this will certainly help to maximize the free space in our apartments. Our 3 Bedroom Terrace Apartment is also another option as the living space is larger than the standard 3 bedroom Apartment, other options that can offer more usable space for the family include our rooftop apartments with private rooftop BBQ and spa areas as well as some of our executive apartments suitable for 4 or 5 people that have second living areas. We hope that we have been able to provide you with some useful information that will help you to make the most of your next stay with us.
My wife and I booked a standard Studio Room (non beach facing) for a weekend getaway. We drove up from Brisbane, the book in process was nice and easy and there is free secure parking for the guests. The apartment was lovely and clean was all the facilities for a self catering holiday (stove top, microwave, pots and pans, plates and cutlery). We didn't pay extra for the beach view but instead we got a lovely sunset view of the Glasshouse Mountains. The room also had a TV and DVD player, big comfy bed and nice big bathroom with spa bath. My only gripe is that you have to pay for the wireless internet access and it is quite expensive. But I can think of worse things than going without email for a few days. Nice big pool area with a spa (and I also saw a gym and a sauna) but who needs that when the beach is literally seconds from the front door. You're also right on the Mooloolaba strip with all the shops, cafes and resturants. There's also a BBQ area down on the beach so you really have all the options. Great place to stay, relax and unwind.
We had booked a seaside view apartment in the winter months of '08. I was initially attracted to this Hotel because of the low price which included so much. We booked a studio apartment room which had its own kitchen, massive bathroom including an in-room spa, large bed, couch, tv and balcony. As we stayed in winter, there weren't many people using the pool and spa facilities, which was brilliant! The roof top spa was never being used, and had a spectacular view of Mooloolaba. There was also an array of restaurants at the front door basically. It was amazing to be so closely located to such fabulour shopping. There was also a day-spa somewhat linked to Landmark. I also went here for a 1-2hr body treatment. They were also amazing and very professional. I would also recommend this day-spa, however, I do believe they have changed either their products or the entire business, not sure. Whenever we had to deal with the person at the front desk, she was absolutely lovely and very committed to helping us. We were younger travellers and not dismissed which happens at most places. When we left we were also presented with a voucher on our next stay to the value of $100. Would recommend this place to a friend, and am planning to stay there again very soon!
My husband and I stayed at the Landmark for 4 nights in November 2009 as a weekend away from the cooler weather in Victoria. We chose this hotel as it was in the best location opposite the surf beach - it was a 60 second walk and you're on the sand. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. It was really spacious and had a lovely kitchen that overlooked the lounge room. The bedroom was large and had a decent sized bathroom. The balcony was fairly roomy and had a great outlook over the beach and canal. The pool in the Landmark was lovely and had a waterfall - we only used this once though as we spent most of our time at the beach. The beach was great! There are surf life guards all along the beach and the area between the flags was nice and large to swim in. The sun does come up before 6am so be prepared to wake up early!
