We were at Landmark for two nights and found the room just what we needed. Very clean and the reception were very helpful. Close to any think you may need and across the street from a wonderful beach. We would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

I stayed at the Landmark Resort on the 19th-20th December with my boyfriend and had an amazing time!
The staff made our room available early and shuffled reservations around so we could stay an extra night. In all of our dealings with the staff everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful and I would like to thank them all for making our stay so special. We will definately be back and will recommend Landmark to all our friends!

On our recent trip to Australia, my wife and I were fortunate to enjoy a stay at your property for several days.

Before retirement, I enjoyed a long career with Delta Air Lines in the Marketing Department. During a portion of that time I did a number
of hotel inspections in our travel agency familiarization program as we promoted various destinations within the US and internationally.

While it was nice on this trip to be able to just relax and enjoy the area around Mooloolaba, were I still doing property inspections, the Landmark Resort would indeed receive high marks.
The amenities in our unit and throughout the facility were excellent. I found the condo where we stayed to be spacious and well designed...and the cloth origami animals on the bed when we arrived were a delightful touch. Your location near the beach and many fine shops was also appealing.

I hope that we may again have the opportunity to travel to Australia – and include the Landmark in our plans.

This year in June we had a wonderful stay at Landmark.We have stayed before & will stay again soon.Great unit & view from our unit.

It is in a great postion near the beach and all shopping and restaurants The staff were really helpful and friendly It felt very secure with staff around and good parking It was always very clean

Because of the poor weather I appreciated all the lovely facilities you had to offer and my child enjoyed the free foxtel when she wasnt shopping. Thank you for a lovely stay and would recommend your resort to all my friends.

We are a young couple from Brisbane who went on there 1st family holiday with our 1 year old Son, everyone was so friendly and made us feel welcome, The Landmark is right next to the beach, shopping and Restaurants which was really handy for us as we could
walk everywhere. The room was Cosy, Warm Clean and comfortable. The Free underground parking was great and the rest of the hotel features were great. Would definately stay here again. Thanks guys :)

Easy to find, short stroll to beach, restaurant's and underwater world. Stayed a week on 8th floor ocean view. Loved it. Very friendly staff and comfortable casual vibes. Worth the money.

We only had 2 nights here but we’re reasonably impressed with the room, location and hotel in general. I’d recommend this hotel as a clean and central family destination. Level 1 see’s you with direct access to the shopping and restaurant strip on the
esplanade and beach access. It’s very quiet given its location and even from level 3 we had a nice easterly view of the beach and lovely sea breezes.

Once again a fantastic stay at the Landmark Resort. Lovely and clean unit and fantastic service from the reception staff. Rooms are supplied with a starter pack on arrival. I haven't found a supermarket that you can purchase a toilet roll for one dollar
so purchasing a roll from reception is a bargain so we can't understand why others complain about the cost. We certainly enjoy our stay at Landmark and will be returning for many years to come.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for the June long weekend. We arrived early and asked the girl at reception if we could make ourselves known and come back later when it was time to check in. We were informed that our room was ready and we could check
in early. The apartment was clean and tidy and the furniture was modern. The beds and pillows were comfy and the bedrooms were spacious. There was everything you needed in the apartment such as portable fan heaters, radios, vacuum cleaner and there was so
much crockery, glasses and cutlery. I had read in previous reviews that guests had run out of things such as dishwashing liquid, dishwashing powder and toilet paper. I decided to bring extras of these items from home as I knew with 6 people staying for 3 nights,
we would run out. Problem solved and there was no inconvenience. We were on level 6 and even though we were told we would only have a partial ocean view, we had a view straight across to the water and down the beach to Point Cartwright. AMAZING!! The girls
at reception on both weekdays and the weekend were lovely. They provided the best customer service that I have come across in a long time. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They made our stay so relaxing and comfortable. There was always something to
do. It is a quick elevator trip downstairs to lots of shops and cafes. We had breakfast on our last day at "Hot Pippis" downstairs. The food was delicious and great value and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back to stay at Landmark again in
the near future.

We holiday on the Sunshine Coast often, this time we tried somewhere different to stay for a change and we were not disappointed. Enjoyed our stay and the sunshine!

We came to the Resort for our honeymoon back in Feb 2012 and loved everything about it, we would love to thank the staff they were very friendly and polite. Loved our room on the 5th floor and the view was fantastic I have already told all my friends to
go to the Landmark Resort if they ever go to Mooloolaba. Thank You ever so much to make our honeymoon a dream, we will be back in 2013 :)

Possibily the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! That is including our own! This is an excellent loctaion and we will be staying here again.

We've stayed at the Landmark twice now for weekend getaways, and both times have been absolutely fantastic. We had a 1bdr rooftop spa room & it was phenomenal. Amazing views of the beach from the room, and views in every direction from the rooftop, which
is generous in size with sun lounges and a BBQ as well as the spa. The whole room was spotless. The furnishings in our room weren't overly modern, but clean and comfortable, the bed was fantastic though. The location is great, all the restaurants and shopping
you could want right on the doorstep. I'd recommend it to anybody looking for a weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at the Landmark, a while back. We had a Beach Studio, I believe it was on the 7th floor. We did have a small ocean view, but it did state, "partial ocean view". The room was phenomenal for 120 a night. The room was modern and minimally
furnished, with a granite or granite looking counter top in the kitchen. The pillows and the bed were AMAZING! We slept so well. It was fun having a look around the pool and walking under the waterfall. All in all, we had a very cozy and pleasant stay!

Very well located, affordability yet no cutting corners on quality. Staff members very friendly and welcoming. Overall would come again without a doubt. Much better than wasting time at fake Goldcoast or messy Caloundra.

We stayed here over the weekend and thought it was great!! We found the staff to be so friendly and helpful! The room was quite pokey but really clean, fresh bed linen and the pillows were fantastic. The public areas around the resort were very warm and
inviting and they were spotless and well kept! I would definitely stay here again and thought it was perfect for a long weekend!

Great Location right on the Esplanade and beach. Close to shopping, lots of bakeries and eateries. Grocery store nearby and located just down from the lifesaving station. Beautiful and comfortable room. The pool was very unique and the rooftop hot… tub
was a treat. Loved watching the Lorikeets nesting in the roof gardens. We rented a car and hiked in Noosa, Glass House Mountains and went to the lookout on Mt. Timbeerwah, amazing views! the Australia Zoo is a must see and Underwater World is right down the
street. Best steak I ever had at the Hog's Breath Cafe and had a different pastry every morning at one of the numerous coffee shops. Loved all the outside dining and just walking the Esplanade.

Great location for beach, food and shopping. Comfortable furnishings, balcony with great views and sea breezes. Kids love the pool and rooftop spa. Able to access many local attractions from here. Second visit and will come again. Reasonable rates. We
travelled with friends and four teenagers and all were happy.

We stayed in a one bedroom beachside studio apartment, we were very taken with the location and the view from the balcony.The room is cosy loved the spa bath and the kitchenette was very suitable. We had a wonderful massage from the Waterfall Day Spa it
was a couples package and well worth it. We used the spa on the roof and loved the smell of the barbeque and fantastic views at night. We will return again and again.

Last weekend my girlfriend Marion and I stayed at Landmark Resort and as part of our package we had breakfast vouchers at your cafe. We had brekky every morning for three days, coffees after our morning cycling with the local bike riders and dinner a couple
of times. Each time we came down our experience was nothing short of outstanding. The service was great with the staff engaging us with genuine conversation. The food was amazing (especially the spicy meatball brekky) and we were always looked after with more
than reasonable prices. We were afraid after our first couple of visits that your team would not be able to match the outstanding service again, but to our amazement you guys were consistently outstanding. I normally don’t write emails like this, but felt
compelled to on this occasion. Thankyou for your great service and we are already planning our next trip to the Sunshine Coast and Hot Pipis!!!

We stayed at the Landmark Apartments for a week, while running a conference in the Hotel. Our apartment ( the penthouse) was huge with a large comfortable lounge room, separate kitchen with equipment supplied for serious cooking. Large bathroom with separate
laundry with washing machine and dyer. Large sliding doors leading to roomy balcony with stairs leading to another enormous roof top deck with private spa with deck chairs and BBQ area. Fridge, TV, coffee and tea facilities, internet connection, air-conditioning.
As we were sponsoring the conference we got to check out other apartments. The studio apartments were fabulous with small kitchen and roomy bathroom and doors leading onto balcony most with ocean views. Suit couples. PROS: Close to everything, downstairs restaurants
and cafes galore. Across the road from surf club.(The main entertainment centre for town) five minutes walk to supermarket for supplies. Across the road from beach. CONS: None.

We had a wonderful time at the Landmark resort. We found all the staff to be friendly, helpful and polite. We had a beautiful room and will definatly come back to stay. I would not hesitate to recommend the Landmark resort to family and friends.

We are regular guests at the Landmark and can't fault the resort in any way. We stayed at the resort when the lifts we out of order too but found the staff absolutely wonderful during the difficult time. This was no fault of the staff and guests who abused
them for the inconvenience should be ashamed of themselves. We will continue to stay at the Landmark Resort for many years to come. The location is fantastic and the rooms, facilities and staff are truely something that makes the Landmark special. My sugestion
is to always contact the resort direct to make your booking and ask what they have to offer. The staff there go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. This resort is 4 1/2 star not 5 but the greeting you get from all the staff is certainly 5 star.

I booked a room with Hinterland/pool views after reading recommendations from others on Tripadvisor, and asked for a room above the 5th floor too. This turned out to be great advice, as the views of Mooloolaba and the Hinterland were lovely, and we were
so close to the beach it didn't matter if we couldn't see it from our room. The real drawcard here is the location, it is right on the Esplanade, smack bang next to all the eateries including the surf club. Exiting from the reception entrance means that you've
got a 5-10 minute walk to Coles and BWS if you want to self-cater too, which you can thanks to the little kitchenette. The room we got was on the 7th floor, and included a spabath/shower in the bathroom. We enjoyed the luxury of that one night, but it was
a serious pain in the butt trying to get in and out of the spa/shower alcove because the door is set too high. Despite that, the room was comfortable, well-furnished, and had a nice balcony where we sat for a couple of afternoons with a book and a beer. One
of the biggest bonuses we got was a voucher for a night's free accommodation if we stayed again for three nights or more. We left feeling thoroughly relaxed, I would definitely return, particularly with the help of the voucher.
Fabulous to hear you enjoyed your stay. We are really lucky to be so close to all the amendities and a stroll from the beach. We are aware that the spa baths can be a bit of a step into, please come and ask us for a foot stool to help you out on your
next stay.

My husband and I stayed in a studio apartment Landmark Resort and both of us were very pleased with everything. The beds were very comfortable, the studio was clean and tastefully decorated, the staff helpful and it was very well located near restaurants,
shopping and the beach. The rooftop bbq and spa area was fantastic.We do recommend booking a table at any nearby restaurant on a Fri or Sat night as it is very hard to get a table..

I have stayed here now 3 times over the January period each time has been great! First time i stayed with friends in a Rooftop Spa apartment in December 2009 which was amazing!! Our other friends stayed in the 3 bedroom terrace which also had a spa and
was alot bigger - so i would recommend this to anyone staying in a large group, such as a family with 3 kids. The other 2 times i have stayed have been with family and we have enjoyed the three bedroom apartments. We have not managed to get a terrace or rooftop
(i think these have permanent bookings in January!!) so if you want them you should probably get in early!! The pool is great, and the location is even better - literally 100m from the beach, shops and restaurants are downstairs - and the restaurants are great!!
especially Olivers and the Vietnamese place.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, apartment had everything we needed very impressed, right down to the tourch in our room which is a very good idea incase of emergencies. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and pillows, we slept very well. Loved our room as it
didnt get early morning sun and stayed cool. Pool and upstairs spa were lovely. Distance to the beach and shops excellent.

My daughter was married on Oct 22,. All our family and wedding party stayed at the resort. We had wedding photos taken in the foyer,. We found all staff at the resort to be highly professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou for making
us all feel so special and for making my daughters special day extra enjoyable. Thanks again!

My boyfriend and i stayed here sometime in May. We walk in for a night and end up staying extra night..The view is fantastic. The staff are all very friendly. Nice and very clean. There is also a spa and BBQ facilities on the roof top. Will be back again
and highly recommended .

Enjoyed our relaxing stay at Landmark, just across the road from the beach and with loads of restaurants to choose from close by. The pool only really got sun in the afternoon but the beach was great and got sun all day. The rooms were good, big enough
for 2 and great that we had a kitchenette so that we didn't have to eat out for every meal. Would go there again if looking to holiday in the area. The spa was also very good in the hotel!

I have just returned from a trip to Mooloolaba and stayed at the Landmark and we were thrilled. The Resort is directly across from the patrolled beach and the playground which we made use of when the sun came out, the girls loved the swimming pool with
its waterfalls and rocks to be honest it did get a little annoying because all they wanted to do was go to the pool. The Apartment had a excellent view and was both clean and tidy there were enough kitchen appliances for our needs but could have done with
a few more containers and oven dishes. The weather was disappointing as it rained a lot of the time but it was still really warm so we made use of the pool even in the wet. The staff were always friendly and willing to help with ideas of places to see and
things to do. I guess you have to take reviews with a grain of salt and make up your mind for yourself but we will definitely be making Mooloolaba an annual trip and Landmark Resort will be where we choose to stay.

We have stayed there a few times. It's got the best location & the best pool by far that we all loved. Views are Fantastic. So close to the beach & the park for the kids. We stayed in a 3 b/room. I must say i was a little disappointed with the the size
of the lounge/meals area . But over all the location & the pool keeps us coming back.

Apartments can seem a little small in the main living area, we are about to begin upgrading furnishings throughout the Resort, this will certainly help to maximize the free space in our apartments. Our 3 Bedroom Terrace Apartment is also another option as
the living space is larger than the standard 3 bedroom Apartment, other options that can offer more usable space for the family include our rooftop apartments with private rooftop BBQ and spa areas as well as some of our executive apartments suitable for 4
or 5 people that have second living areas. We hope that we have been able to provide you with some useful information that will help you to make the most of your next stay with us.

Great holiday. The 2 Bedroom Executive room was perfect for our Christmas holiday. The views were amazing, the location of the resort is most definately a draw card being so close to the patrolled Beach and public BBQ's. The kids really enjoyed the swimming
pool with its water falls and rocks. Will certainly be coming back next year.
