01. Reservation Security Bond
CASH POLICY - We do require a valid credit card as security on all of our apartments, if for some reason you are unable to provide this then we do ask for a cash bond of $300 upon arrival, returnable on checkout subject to a successful bond check.
02. Charges
Charges must be paid by cash, bank cheque ( by arrangement ) or credit card before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangement have been made.
We do not accept American Express or Diners Club
03. Check In and Check Out Time
Occupancy from 2.00pm on arrival date and expires at 10:00am on the departure date.
04. Refund Policy
We are careful not to misrepresent Landmark Resort. Room numbers are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible if the accommodation is unsatisfactory on arrival. No refund is given if you are unsatisfied with your accommodation. In certain circumstances refunds will be given due to health and safety reasons, shortened stay or non-arrival due to extraordinary circumstances. Satisfactory evidence in writing from a guest may be considered. This refund process may take 2-4 weeks. No guarantee is given that your money will be refunded.
05. Loss or Damage
The guest authorises the Manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise.
06. Body-Corporate By-Laws
The guests shall comply with all body-corporate by-laws; failure to comply may result in immediate termination of occupancy and forfeit of all rental monies paid.
07. Deposits
Low and Mid Season – A $100 Deposit to secure the Reservation High Season – A $300 Deposit to secure the reservation. The remaining Balance must be paid by the 30th of November.
08. Cancellations / Booking changes
Low / Mid Season
All cancellations outside of 14 days will incur a $50 cancellation and administration fee, and those cancelled within 14 days and up to 24 Hours prior to arrival $100.00 will be charged as a cancellation and administration fee. All bookings cancelled inside of 24 hours the full accommodation will be charged unless we can re-let the apartment for the total period of the original booking. If we are able to re-let the apartment, then one night’s accommodation will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
Any changes inside of 7 Days to arrival will incur a $100 fee for cancelling the original booking.
HIGH Season BOOKING CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES
All cancellations outside of 28 Days a $50.00 cancellation / administration fee will apply, for all bookings cancelled inside of 28 Days and up to 14 Days prior to arrival the full $300 Deposit will be retained as a cancellation / Administration fee. All bookings cancelled inside of 14 Days to arrival the Full accommodation will be charged unless the room can be re-let for the total period of the original booking. If re-let then $300 or one night accommodation whichever is greater will be charged as a cancellation.
09. High season Bookings
All high season bookings will require full payment by the 30th of November or the tenancy may be cancelled at the discretion of the Landmark Management.
10. Registered Guests
Only the number of people shown on registration may stay in the apartment overnight.
11. Loss or Damage of Personal Property
Neither Body Corporate, the Manager nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property of which a Guest may sustain while on the complex.
12. Warnings
The apartment must be vacated if after receiving a warning.
13. Terminated Occupancy
If the occupancy ends or is terminate, the Guest must immediately vacate the apartment. The Manager is authorized to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any Guest and removal of Guests property.
14. Breach of Conditions
The manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions.
15. Animals
No animals or pets are to be brought onto the complex.
16. Tariffs
Tariffs are subject to change without notification.
